http://www.StLouisFitnessCoach.com Fitness St Louis: A Personal Trainer's Workout Philosophy Do I need to know the workout and nutrition philosophy of my personal trainer? What if their philosophy doesn't fit my lifestyle? Will it affect my weight loss and fat loss? Is all personal training the same? Hi, my name is Clint Schambach and I am a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with Level Up Fitness in St Louis, MO. One of the questions that should be asked, but rarely is before working with a personal trainer is what that particular trainer's workout and nutrition philosophy are. By asking this question, you will get an immediate sense of whether or not you will be compatible with a particular personal trainer. Without ever having worked out with a trainer yet, you will get a sense of what is going to be expected of you during a workout, and also what you're nutrition intake is most likely going to be. What happens too many times is that people get completely sucked in by a great salesman, and find out weeks, and sometimes months later, that their personal trainer's philosophies and expectations are completely unrealistic to your lifestyle. This should be addressed upfront before you ever get started. You need to make sure that the nutrition expectations are things you can live with, or adjust to over time. One thing to keep in mind, is that a personal trainer with a lot of experience, will be able to adapt a nutrition and workout to fit your personal lifestyle, while still keeping their roots of their philosophies intact. No client is ever the same, and great personal trainer's have learned how to adapt to each individuals wants and needs. If you or anyone you know is struggling with fitness or weight loss, and has been going to their local gyms, fitness center, or health club bootcamp without seeing any fat loss results, then let me invite you to check out additional videos on our website or YouTube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/FitnessStLouis.
